The number 4/2013 of the "RIVISTA DI SERVIZIO SOCIALE" publishes my article on healthy houses. Hear his the abstract: "The author wants to deal with the principles and purposes on which is based the Health Home in the italian National Health Service, deepening practical aspects of their implementation from the point of view of their plan on the territory and of their programming, also regarding the definition of flexible structures, able to adapt to the needs of the various reality. Is delineated an innovative model of organization depending to specific characters of this structures, providing conditions for hospital and territories integration. A particular care is given to personnel selection problems, finance administration and technical management. The importance of internal and external information and communication is emphasized. Is treated also the creation of indicators of activity and merit-ratings also involving citizens."
